Do you take walk-ins for auto repairs - big and small fixes?

Absolutely! Appointments help us plan our day, but we can absolutely take you if you walk in the door without one. Be prepared though - some repairs can be done quickly, but others will require you to drop off for a few hours. We can help you navigate which one it is when you come in. We want to make sure we provide you with the best service, so while ensuring it's returned to you in a timely manner, we also need time to property evaluate what your specific needs are. 

Do you take extended warranties?

Welcome to our car care services! We specialize in extended car care warranties and maintenance plans. Just provide us with your warranty company name, and we'll take care of your repair needs efficiently. Your satisfaction is our priority!  

We know what warranties will be looking for, so we ensure that we provide accurate information to try to get your claim processed efficiently. 

Do you take Customer Supplied Parts?

We apologize, but we cannot accept a customer-provided part, no exceptions. To offer a 3-year, 36,000-mile warranty, it is essential that we complete the entire job with parts we trust. We prioritize the integrity of our work and cannot compromise with a part we cannot guarantee. We will not budge on this, there are great shops that can help you out with that! I can't make it to pick up during business hours, what are my options?

Thank you for reaching out! We understand that coordinating can be challenging. That’s why we offer convenient options for you! You easily drop off after hours using our secure box envelopes. Tow truck drivers also will ensure that your keys are properly in the correct boxes, they are amazing at helping you out. Additionally, our letter coded locks allow you to pick your vehicle anytime that works for you after our business hours.

Any Tow Companies you can recommend? 

Thank you for considering our services! While we don't have any towing partners the moment, we can assure you that every tow service we've worked with has highly professional. For cost-effective options, we recommend reaching out to AAA or your insurance provider. If you're a returning customer, don't forget that we offer reimbursement towing through our Program Partner, Technet. Just ask us to send you a previous invoice, and we’ll be happy to assist you!

I am just price shopping, can I get a quote?

No problem! We need your license plate or VIN number to help get you an ACCURATE quote. We prefer to get a clean quote to you which will be specific to your vehicle for all fluids, gaskets, parts. Even the same make and model have different submodels that will change labor and parts cost, so as every car is the same, they also have different needs for repair. We can help you navigate that. If you don't feel comfortable, our online auto repair estimator can get you pretty close to what you are looking for. 

Do you do car diagnostics?

Our skilled technician is equipped to diagnose any issue with your vehicle, ensuring you receive the answers to get it running smoothly again. We have trained and really understand the why for each part, so our diagnostics will get your issue resolved. Do you have mobile services?

Are you open on the weekends?

Thank you for your understanding. Our business operates only on weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM and is closed on Federal Holidays. We keep our Google page updated with our current hours and any closures. To serve you, we also offer after-hours drop-off and pick-up options. Also, please stay up to date on our socials, we post any schedule changes or holidays coming up to help you plan better.
