It's been over a year!

Did you come in when we first opened? My, how we have grown!


We have worked out the kinks, we have added new tools and equipment to our arsenal of inventory, we have increased our trainings and partnerships.


When first opening a business, we think we know what we have to offer - but we have so much more! It's so hard to be humble while advertising why a potential customer should pick you. We learned to share our experience and have real conversations. We have added in technology like - digital vehicle inspections, CarFax, VIN decoders to help eliminate some questions, videos to better explain what we are helping you with, text messaging, and so much more.


We had some trial and errors with allowing customers to bring in their own auto parts. We learned that in this city (compared to where we are from), people like to do this more. However, this is where we default to the pros of CA where there is a set standard for ALL auto repair facilities. All work has to pass a specific standard - which in turn actually saves the consumer millions every year in legal fees and just overall choppy work. There are warranties provided to every customer, work has to be approved before moving forward - which is huge and holds both the shop and consumer responsible for clear communication. Therefore, we will not accept customer supplied parts. We want to provide you with the best warranty and stand behind our work. We have a great blog post if you have a chance to read it!


Different makes and models, different repairs, require different tools and supplies. We have such a great variety to help make our job more efficient for you. This is the perk of coming to an auto facility versus mobile repair (no offense!), but we have all of our tools on site ready to be used so we are not going back and forth to get the correct ones. We keep our work area clean, and safely store any supply in stock to better accommodate the repairs.


Trainings? We do them consistently! We can never learn too much. We are at various seminars, lectures, part suppliers, reading online, hands on experience, anything we can do to make sure we are current in the technology and information. New car technology comes out everyday! We are current and there isn't anything we cannot work on.


Partnerships. Where do we begin? In the last year, we have partnered with Openbay+, have become a Napa Auto Care facility, AAA authorized repair, Technet service center, and so much more. Check out our affiliations page to see where we stand and to see as we continue to build relationships. Most of these go through a strenuous approval process as they come and take pictures of our facility, do random checks, follow ups with our consumers, etc. We do our best to maintain a good standing not only with our customers, but with these partnerships as well.


This year has been a lot of growth, and it's all thanks to you. We could not be where we are, continuing to grow if it wasn't for our amazing customers.
