It's truly a family business...

We hear "family business" a lot. That means a lot to people, both to the ones who own the business, and the ones supporting that business. What does that mean to us?
For us, personally, that means that we have our whole family supporting this business. They want to learn more. They want to see us thrive. They want to be a part of the gritty and grind. Not only is it a life skill / trade business, but it is our livelihood. It's something we are passionate about. It's helping people and loving them to make sure they are happy and taken care of.
Our kids want to learn the skill. On their days off (spring break, summer, staff development days, etc) you can find them here helping out and learning from us. They are cleaning, assisting under the engine (under full supervision), helping with fluid changes, picking up trash, yard work, running errands, learning to input data into our systems, and soon be able to answer the phones with confidence. They are our biggest cheerleaders, and they have done so amazing in learning the business.
Rafael and Suzie (me) work hard day in and day out. Every day we come in, we give it one hundred percent. We came in the day the schools and other businesses shut down for the freeze because we had vehicles here and we know the customers depend on getting it back. We live on the far north side, so it was a trek coming in but that is what this business means to us. Means making our customers happy. We work late - after hours to make sure vehicles are done so you can go back to work / run your family around town safely, etc. We come in before we open to get an early start on cars so we are prepared for any customer that needs to drop off early and get to work. We put our all into this business every single day.
We truly appreciate all of you who support us and pick us because we are a family business. It really means the world to our family and hope to continue to always do right by you all.
