At our veteran-owned, family-operated auto repair shop in San Antonio, TX, family, faith, integrity, and service are at the center of everything we do. Founded by Rafael and Suzie Silva, our shop was built on the belief that customers deserve honest automotive repair, dependable service, and a team that genuinely cares about the people behind the wheel.
Rafael Silva, a proud San Diego native, honorably served in the United States Army and completed two tours in Iraq while stationed at United States Army and Fort Hood. After his military service, he returned to California where he met his wife, Suzie, also a San Diego native. Together, they built a strong family foundation rooted in faith, hard work, and dedication to serving others.
Today, the Silva family proudly calls San Antonio home. Their three children — twins Aiden and Jaylene, along with their youngest, Isaiah — are actively involved in school sports, extracurricular activities, and community life throughout the San Antonio area. During school breaks, you’ll often find the kids helping around the family auto repair shop, learning the value of hard work, customer service, and teamwork firsthand.
As a local small business in San Antonio, we believe in treating every customer like family. Our team understands that auto repair can feel overwhelming, which is why we focus on honest communication, transparent recommendations, and quality workmanship you can trust. Suzie actively volunteers at local schools and mentors youth through church programs, while Rafael brings the same dedication and leadership from his military background into both his business and family life.

When they’re not working at the shop or supporting community events, the Silva family enjoys traveling the country in their RV, creating lifelong memories together outdoors.

No! We take walk-ins and appointments. Appointments do get you a priority time slot, though. We welcome you either way.
Is an appointment necessary?
Absolutely! Althought, we encourage you to come in so we can diagnose your vehicle correctly. If you are just pricing around, please have your VIN or license plate # handy.
Can I get a phone quote?
No, we will provide all the parts. We want to be able to warranty our parts and labor with our Nationwide 3 yr / 36k mile coverage.
Can I bring my own parts?
Yes! At our auto repair facility, we have an after hours drop box right outside our office door with envelopes for your convenience. We also have a lockbox for after hours pick up.
